Quotes

“I am disappointed with the defeat," Juventus manager Thiago Motta said after his side's loss to Napoli.

"We had a good first half, causing problems for our opponent by pressing well, in the second half the idea was to be effective in the first phase of pressing, and otherwise to regroup, defend well, recover the ball and go forward but we were not able to do that.

"We were not good at reacting and regaining control of the game. We absolutely have to do that in the next match.”

Head-to-Head

Juventus were held to a 0-0 draw by Empoli in their last meeting in the league which was on 14 September at the Stadio Carlo Castellani – Computer Gross Arena.

As a result, Old Lady are undefeated in their last three league matches against the Blues having registered two successive draws and one win.
